Hi All, I just bought this beautiful home on Lake Harris Florida.
The problem is that this home was not taken care of by the prior owners. I got a deal on the home but now I need to take steps to enhance my investment.
I have several improvments in mind and was asked by a few co-workers to document my experiences. Basically, they saw what I was doing and loved it. So here is my stab at helping others.
